Cancellation policy: I need a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. All cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee that will be charged to your card on file. Please note: 75 minute treatments and 90 minute treatments require 36 hours notice for cancellations, or they will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Massage Therapy

I graduated from the 3000 hour course from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2014.

My treatments work with the body as a self healing instrument to help facilitate the release of restriction and tension in the body, as well as removing energetic and emotional blockages that can stem from trauma.  During a treatment I use a range of modalities such as CranioSacral Massage, Muscle energy, Joint mobilisations, Yoga Therapy, Scar tissue release, Manual lymphatic drainage, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular therapy and hydrotherapy.

Currently I am taking courses through the Upledger and Barrel institute to expand my knowledge of Craniosacral Therapy to further help my patients on their path to healing. Craniosacral is a gentle technique that works with the body to relieve symptoms of chronic pain, restriction, chronic tension, trauma/PTSD, mental health, post concussion syndrome, headaches and migraines.

When I’m not at work you’ll find me taking my dog on adventures, hiking, paddle boarding, and appreciating the beautiful Okanagan.
